The manuscripts should be limited to 4 pages for contributed papers (oral or poster) and 6 pages for invited papers.

The manuscript should be prepared in MS Word format in accordance with the instruction given below and sent as an attached file to yanin_conf@tpu.ru. In the accompanying letter, please indicate your Conference Registration Number. The Conference Organizing Committee will acknowledge receiving your manuscript via e-mail within three business days.

The manuscript submission deadline is June 10, 2013.

All participants from Russian organizations must also provide the permission for open publication of the paper (in original). This permission must be received by the Organizing Committee no later than June 18, 2013.

Preparation Instructions.

To ensure conformity and uniformity of appearance, it is essential that these instructions are followed.

You may use MS Word template to prepare your manuscript (download paper-template.rtf).

The manuscripts can be submitted in Russian and in English.

1. Paper size and margins.
Page format is A4, orientation portrait.
Margin size: left – 2,0 sm.; right – 2,5 sm.; top – 3,7 sm.; bottom – 3,0 sm.
Turn on Mirror Margins option. The space from margin to header is 2,0 sm.; the space from margin to page footing is 1,0 sm. Text typing area without header/footer should be 23x16,5 sm.

2. Font.
Please type main body text using Times New Roman Cyr, font size: 11 pt., line spacing is “Minimum 11 pt.” It is accepted to insert the special symbols (using fonts Symbol and Wingdings), and also those of formula editor, tables and figures editor.

3. Article structure.

First-line indent – 0,8 sm., no widow lines. Latin letters should be written in italics, except for proper names, mathematical functions and chemical elements (Uпр., Фi, но Al2O3, cos αi, «BASF»). Vectors should be written in bold font. Greek letters are written in plain font.

Formulae:
first-line indent – 0, space before – 2 pt., space after – 2 pt. Tab setting – 8 sm., center aligning; 16,5 см, right alignment.
